Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3, 1969.

The late 60's luxury car that Mercedes did fit with the powerfull M100 V8 engine. With its Paul Bracq designed bodywork this was a limousine that was capable of cruising at 200 km/h. Total production of the 300 SEL 6.3 was 6.500 units.

This particular car seems to have been produced for the American market. The last known American owner was Mrs. Campos from Anaheim in California. When the car had returned to Europe it ended up in Belgium. It remained with that Belgian owner until 2011. The present owner who bought it in 2011 had it in the period 2016/2017 completely serviced and had the upholstery and carpets redone and had new parts fitted on the suspension, brakes, waterpump etc.

The car is in quite original condition and drives well.
